Service Description

Your eyelash extensions are coming loose prematurely in the first week after your appointment with us. No problem! If you're a regular customer and come in often, repairs are included in our service. If your eyelash extensions come loose prematurely, this repair is also free of charge. Please be sure to book an appointment as soon as possible. It's possible that the material we used for your extensions isn't the right one, or that your daily use is more demanding. In that case, we'll need to discuss the level of wear and tear to find the best material for you. For new or returning clients, the price will vary depending on the services provided.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show (cancellation) by the customer, the booking amount will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified before the deadline – i.e., at least one day before the service begins. Otherwise, the booking amount will not be credited. For rebookings, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise, I reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the booking value as compensation. Therefore, I always ask for cancellation if, contrary to expectations, it is not possible to use the booked service so that the vacant spot can be filled in a timely manner.
