Service Description

You have a new set of lash extensions applied using our UV technology and would now like a refill after 5 weeks. During this service, your existing lash extensions will be checked. Extensions that have fallen out with your natural lashes will be reapplied to the newly grown lashes, which are no longer baby lashes. Existing extensions will be checked, depending on their growth, to determine if they can be gently removed and reapplied. If your extensions were applied using the traditional method and have already fallen out significantly with your natural lashes, we reserve the right to charge the price of a new set or an additional fee of €20. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show (cancellation) by the customer, the booking amount will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified before the deadline – i.e., at least one day before the service begins. Otherwise, the booking amount will not be credited. For rebookings, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise, I reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the booking value as compensation. Therefore, I always ask for cancellation if, contrary to expectations, it is not possible to use the booked service so that the vacant spot can be filled in a timely manner.
