Service Description

You have had a new eyelash extension application from us with a 2D to 6D extension and now, after 3 weeks, you would like a refill. This service will check your existing eyelash extensions. Extensions that fell out with the natural lashes will be refilled onto the newly grown lashes, which are no longer baby lashes. Existing extensions will be checked based on their growth to see if they can be gently removed and refilled. If you have any specific questions about this service, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show (cancellation) by the customer, the booking amount will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified before the deadline – i.e., at least one day before the service begins. Otherwise, the booking amount will not be credited. For rebookings, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise, I reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the booking value as compensation. Therefore, I always ask for cancellation if, contrary to expectations, it is not possible to use the booked service so that the vacant spot can be filled in a timely manner.
