Service Description

Did you have an accident and one to a maximum of four nails came loose? No problem, if you're a regular customer and come regularly, the repair is included in my service. If the nail art I created comes loose prematurely, this repair is also free of charge. Please book an appointment as soon as possible before your natural nail is damaged by the strong pressure and lack of stability. It's possible that the material I used for your nail art isn't right for your nails, or your daily use is more demanding, i.e., more demanding, than the nail art I've done for you. In this case, we'll need to discuss how much strain your hands are subjected to in order to find the material that's more suitable for you. For new or non-new customers, the price depends on the service performed.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show (cancellation) by the customer, the booking amount will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified before the deadline – i.e., at least one day before the service begins. Otherwise, the booking amount will not be credited. For rebookings, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise, I reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the booking value as compensation. Therefore, I always ask for cancellation if, contrary to expectations, it is not possible to use the booked service so that the vacant spot can be filled in a timely manner.
