Cancellation Policy
In the event of a no-show (cancellation) by the customer, the booking amount will be fully refunded if the cancellation is notified before the deadline – i.e., at least one day before the service begins.
Otherwise, the booking amount will not be credited.
For rebookings, I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise, I reserve the right to charge a fee of 20% of the booking value as compensation.
Therefore, I always ask for cancellation if, contrary to expectations, it is not possible to use the booked service so that the vacant spot can be filled in a timely manner.
